Which clinics does AI actually name?

The running record of what large models actually say when people look for care — which practices surface, which sources the models trust, and what the visible ones do differently. Every figure comes from a corpus we ran ourselves, published with its method, its limits, and a commercial disclosure.

// How we measured it //

Every figure on this section comes from our own measurement corpus, not estimates.

Every figure published here comes from a corpus we ran ourselves — a fixed battery of patient-realistic prompts, run through one named model on a stated date, with the raw answers stored so each number can be traced back to the answers that produced it.

Each study publishes its own sample, prompt count, model and run date at the top of the page, and its full method — including what the run cannot show — at the bottom. We separate a mention (your name in the answer a patient reads) from a citation (a URL the model pulls from) and anchor on mentions wherever the data supports it.

The limits are stated, not hidden: single platform, single point in time, correlational. Other engines and other dates may behave differently, and we say so on the study rather than letting the figure imply more than it measured.

// Disclosure //

Pager Studio is a commercial service; the clinics we work with pay for AEO deployments. We run each corpus for our own product development and publish it openly so any clinic can audit its own AI presence regardless of any vendor relationship.
